MLS – “I gave everything and more”: Gonzalo Higuaín (Inter Miami) announces his retirement

“It is a decision that I have been preparing for a long time. After seventeen and a half years of professional career, I feel that football has given me a lot. I gave it all and more. Thank you very much to all those who have trusted. The time has come to say goodbye to football, a job that has given me so much and has made me feel privileged, with its good and bad moments”, he said on the verge of tears.
